1. Construction documents
We provide construction documents including construction drawings and material specifications. The construction documents will provide sufficient information for a contractor to provide a tender return on the building works.
When construction commences, we will also provide a monitoring service to respond to any constractor’s request for information (RFI) related to our construction drawings.
2. Building control drawings
We prepare building control drawings to be submitted to the building control officer or an approved inspector for building regulation approval. We will also laise with the building control officer to resolve any querries in relation to the project.
3. HMO compliance drawings
An HMO compliance drawing is important when you apply for an HMO license. We prepare HMO compliance drawings following an inspection of your property. If your property is not HMO compliant yet, we will advise you on the strategy to compliance and help you coordinate the relevant compliance documents.
