Our project management service focuses on the delivery of the project. Our service entails 6 essential components:

Programme management. We will stay on top of the whole project team to make sure every party is delivering their work in time.

Stakeholder management. We will make sure that all stakeholders related to the project, from your neighbours to the local authority, from the public to the national undertaker are all well informed and properly managed. We will obtain relevant consent from different stakeholders to make sure the project is run smoothly.

Procurement management. We will take care of all procurements of the project, so you do not need to go through the headache of choices. We will appoint design team on your behalf, procure surveys, and award building contract to a capable contractor.

Contract management. We will prepare the contract with all parties involved in the project and negotiate the terms to make sure your interest is protected. We will monitor and administrate the execution of the contracts to the best industry standard.

Cost management. If a budget is provided, we will monitor the cost of your project throughout the delivery, to make sure the project stays on budget. We will host value engineering workshops when necessary to align design with budget.

Quality management. We will look over the quality of the project, from design to construction to documentation so that the project is delivered to the best standard, and the risk of future maintenance issues is minimised.
