Xinming founded Path 3 to pursue his passion for domestic housing projects.
The passion began early in his career in Amsterdam, where he designed homes for private clients. Since then, he has built a wealth of experience as a designer, project manager, and developer, working with renowned firms such as gmp Architekten, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, and Giant Mind Properties. During this time, he led the planning and delivery of notable projects in the retail, cultural, and commercial sectors.
Today, Xinming designs buildings, manages projects, and like many of his clients, explores property investment opportunities. When not working, he enjoys watching Formula 1, playing tennis and diving into a good book.
