How much do you charge

We charge different rates for our different services*.

Deal appraisal

If you have a deal in mind, come to us. For any of single dwellinghouse deals, we charge £250 for a full report on the potentials, risks and possibilities of the property. More complicated deals like a building with several self-contained dwelling units will be on quote. We also have an on quote additional service to help you further secure the value of the deal before contract exchange, so that you are more confident about the investment.

Design and planning

For loft conversion & extension, single storey rear extension, out-build and C3 to C4 change of use we have a standard service of £1,000 for each single planning item. Other more complicated planning categories will be on quote.

Technical Documentation

For standard planning services referred above that are delivered by us, we charge £500 for building control application. For such planning items delivered by others, we charge £1,000 for building control application. Building control application for other types of planning will be on quote.

For HMO license application, if the property is HMO compliant with all necessary certificates in place, we charge £500 for the technical compliance drawings and administration of the application. If the property is not HMO compliant, we charge £1,000 for technical solution, coordination of other professionals, documentation and application administration.

Construction drawings will be on quote.

Value Enhancing

We charge a flat rate of £2,000 for our value enhancing services as long as your property is a single dwelling house.

All other services will be on quote.
